WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
The first appointment generally begins with an assessment to provide the therapist with a foundation to design and perform a safe, knowledgeable and effective treatment.

MASSAGE PROCEDURE
For a full body massage you will be asked to remove clothing to your level of comfort. Undressing takes place in private and a sheet, towel or gown is provided for draping. The therapist will undrape only the part of your body being massaged, ensuring that privacy is respected at all times. Your massage will take place in a comfortable atmosphere and on a padded table. You should look forward to a peaceful relaxing experience.

YOUR NEEDS FIRST
Before beginning the session, your therapist will ask you to alert them if, at any time during the session, a technique or stroke they are using is uncomfortable. Depending on your specific needs or requests, your massage therapist will either perform a customised full body massage (for general relaxation and stress reduction) or focus on the specific parts of your body that you have requested.

PROFESSIONALISM
My therapeutic massage services are based on the highest professional and ethical standards of my profession. Massage therapy is a type of bodywork provided to improve the overall health of the client. Some therapists work on specific symptoms while others have a more holistic approach. There has been some confusion over the term “full body massage”, Many of the therapists provide a massage that encompasses the entire “full body” but this is sometimes confused with Sensual or Erotic massage. If you are looking for sensual or erotic massage there are sites that provide that information. This is not an acceptable form of bodywork and therefore not something that you should expect from MY Practice. I do not initiate or tolerate the following:

• Sexual activity
• Sexual suggestiveness
• Sexual harassment or verbal abuse
• We do not massage men’s genital area or do pelvic massage.

CANCELLATION POLICIY
To Cancel or Reschedule, mutual respect for one another's time & professionalism necessitate a 24 hour appointment cancellation. This allows me to contact other clients who are on my waiting list for a session. Missed appointments will be charge accordingly.
Treatment Sessions: Please check in 15 minutes earlier prior to your scheduled treatment time in order to complete a detailed Health and Skin consultation form.

LATE ARRIVALS
Thank you in advance for being prompt. I am very busy and I am mindful of everyones time and commitments. Should you arrive late for your session , your treatment will end at the appointed time.

PAYMENT
Unless other arrangements are made in advance, please expect to provide payment at the time of service. I accept cash or cheque. All prices are subject to change without notice. Gift vouchers purchased have to be redeemed within a month. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
